Growing Our Future

The Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) has established a Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation.  This endowment fund will help provide income for the SWCD and protect our ability to meet future needs.  We need your help to support conservation in Scott County by making a contribution today.

How Can You Help?

Option 1:  Instruct your grain elevator to make the first 200 bushels of your delivery the property of the Scott County Community Foundation and have them assign the check directly to the Foundation (this may be the most tax efficient option)

OR

Option 2:  Write a tax-deductible check in an equivalent amount made out to Scott County Community Foundation for the Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District Fund.  Donations may be sent to:                                                                  Scott County Community Foundation, P.O. Box 25, Scottsburg, IN  47170

For more information about the Scott County Community Foundation please call 812-752-2057 or visit their website at www.scottcountyfoundation.org .
