Applications will be taken from June 1 to August 1, 2008. Approved applications will be notified during

the first week of August. All soil tests should be completed by September 15, 2008. Only one project per

Scott County landowner will be allowed for this program. I understand that by signing this application

I am agreeing to complete the project according to the terms and guidelines established in the project

brochure which I have received. I will submit all receipts to the Soil & Water Conservation Office by

March 15, 2009. No partial payments will be issued. I certify that I have control of this tract of land.
