BOARD MEEETING MINUTES

Meeting Called to Order by John Hardin.
Minutes from
May 15 meeting were approved and signed.
Joe made a motion to approve and Matt seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Business Plan Priority Actions
River Friendly Farmer Award (and other
Conservation Awards) – Lynda reported
that Steve Broady had agreed to be submitted.
Application was sent to IASWCD and the winners had been announced. She will get together a news article to be
published in Giveaway/Journal. Dennis
Wilson has been contacted about the Conservation Farmer award.
Monthly Business
‘Entering
Fair Week – A sign up sheet was passed around to work the SWCD
booth during the fair, July 14-18.
Reports
Lynda Phillips – SWCD
The
deadline for registration to attend the Leadership Institute is
approaching. Joe made a motion that any
Supervisor or the District Coordinator be allowed to attend. Funds can be paid using the credit card. Matt seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Financial District Reports
Approval Checks – Accounts Payable
Voucher Register - All checks 1045 to
1057 were signed and approved. The
Accounts Payable register was also approved and signed. Joe made a motion to approve these
expenditures and Matt seconded, motion carried.
Announcements/Public comments
There were no public comments.
Adjourn
Matt made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Joe seconded the motion. Motion carried.
